Représentation
DLC offers direct representation at industry locations in Germany and
Europe regarding technical and commercial issues; We support in the following areas
through on-site presence in production plants and development centres in departments
such as Product and Advance Engineering, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Material
Control, Logistics etc.:
- Initial contact with buyers and developers to introduce the client and to discuss the
commercial and technical requirements of a project;
- Collating all relevant information in the enquiry process and support with preparing
competitive proposals;
- Negotiations with buyers and developers to win a project for a client;
- Provision of commercial and technical support during a project’s development phase;
- Support in ensuring a smooth production start-up by close cooperation with the
departments responsible;
- Support in resolving any quality and logistical problems during ongoing production.
